The Kojo Nnamdi Show comes to Columbia Heights

WAMU 88.5's The Kojo Nnamdi Show is leaving the studios to broadcast live from neighborhoods across the District, Virginia, and Maryland in a series of community-based discussions called Kojo in Your Community.

The first forum will take place at

6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, at

All Souls Unitarian Church in northwest
16th and Harvard Streets NW
Washington, D.C.,

and will focus on education reform and commercial development in Columbia Heights. The live broadcast will be taped on location and will air the following day on WAMU 88.5's The Kojo Nnamdi Show.

Area residents are encouraged to attend and be part of the show by asking questions, making comments, and sharing the view from the neighborhood.
