Soul of the City

March 29 through April 2, 2010

    •    are you interested in performing arts?
    •    do you want to develop skills as a leader for your generation?

Then Soul of the City was designed for YOU!
During the D.C. public school spring break (March 29 - April 2, 2010), Soul of the City participants will take an incredible journey into the lives and experiences of three immigrant communities in Washington D.C., and will use what they find to develop a performance about the city's immigrant life.  Through the program, you will get an opportunity to learn more about the city, develop skills in the performing arts, gain leadership skills, and create your own performances.


WHO:  15-18 year old District of Columbia High School Students
